Wat is jouw inbreng?

  • Master’s degree in accounting, finance, or economics
  • 5–8 years of relevant experience in group controlling and/or audit, preferably within an international, production, or project-driven environment
  • Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English
  • Experience with US GAAP and group structures, including consolidation procedures (preferred)
  • Strong affinity with IT and financial systems; experience with Cognos and Power BI is a plus
  • Self-starter mentality with a proactive, practical approach
  • Strong analytical skillset combined with action-oriented decision-making
  • Willingness to travel occasionally

Key Responsibilities

As a Group Controller, you’ll:

  • Support consolidated reporting for global entities within your portfolio
  • Analyze and validate monthly financial results and contribute to the Group reporting pack
  • Monitor key KPIs, conduct trend analyses, and provide commentary on performance
  • Build strong relationships with local finance teams and proactively seek insights behind the numbers
  • Advise, challenge, and support entities in process improvements and application of accounting standards (US GAAP)
  • Support annual closing and internal/external audits
  • Contribute to the Group financial planning cycle, including budgets and quarterly forecasts
  • Continuously refine ongoing financial projections based on performance
  • Engage in ad hoc analyses, projects, and requests related to the Group’s growth agenda
